Interview with Vladimir (Vlad) The Silent Strategist of the Kingdom
In every kingdom there are names that sound louder than others. Vlad—known to everyone as Vladimir—is one of them. The strongest player in the kingdom, a key strategist alongside Klara and the other R4 jarls, a figure as respected as he is mysterious. Today we will try to go beyond the numbers to understand his way of thinking… and perhaps see the man behind the warrior.

Odin: Vlad, at this moment you are the most powerful player in the kingdom.
Do you remember a turning point in your development—the moment when everything started to come together?
Vladimir: I remember the turning point, but essentially there wasn’t one. I played another similar game and already understood the mechanics and the overall concept.
Odin: Many players believe that strength is everything.
From your experience, what is more important for real progress: brute force or long-term strategy?
Vladimir: Neither one nor the other. What truly matters is team cohesion, a разумное (reasonable) distribution of tasks, and having a sufficient number of players on the field.
Odin: You are known as a calm and calculating strategist.
When you make important decisions, what do you rely on first: data, intuition, or past experience?
Vladimir: On past experience.
Odin: You worked closely with Clara and the R4 jarls.
What do you value most in a leader or high-level ally within the kingdom?
Vladimir: I value responsiveness and mutual understanding. Neither Clara nor I cling to the crown.
Odin: For players who truly want to grow:
If you had to give only three key pieces of advice for proper progress in Viking Rise, what would they be?
Vladimir: I will say it directly: giving advice is pointless. Each player thinks in their own way. If someone donates, it must be done consciously, not blindly. It is better to consult first.

Odin: Your style is restrained—you speak little, but when you do, people listen.
Do you think that in the game—and perhaps beyond it—silence can also be a form of leadership?
Vladimir: Talking constantly is also bad. You need to protect your nerves. You can achieve everything without shouting, arguments, or unnecessary words.
Odin: Without going into personal details:
Would you say that your style of play reflects how you deal with challenges outside the game?
Vladimir: It is difficult to compare a game with real life. But in general, I achieve my goals both there and here by completing the tasks I set for myself.
Odin: Finally:
What motivates you to continue playing at the highest level when you have already achieved so much?
Vladimir: First of all, responsibility for the team that relies on you and feels your support. And beyond that, it is the thrill of the game. If not this game, then there will be another.
Vladimir’s Closing Words
From my side, I wish everyone love, peace, and prosperity for your families. May there always be unity in your homes and the strength to move forward. Enjoy every battle, every victory, and even every fall, because all of it is part of the path. Stand firm, support one another, and continue to fight with consistency, discipline, and honor. The summit is not just a place you reach—it is the result of never giving up.
Vladimir
